About This Recipe
This very simple recipe is so easy to make and so satisfying. It takes just five ingredients and about 20 minutes to make. Frozen tortellini is one of my favorite shortcut ingredients and I always have some in the freezer. Same with frozen peas.
This recipe doesn’t have a lot of sauce, but it doesn’t need it. Good high quality ingredients are always delicious even if the recipe isn’t fancy.
Keep the ingredients for this on hand so you can make it any time that you just don’t feel like cooking. This is much easier than ordering take out and better for you than fast food.
Why this recipe works:
- The cream and butter combine to form a sauce on the tortellini and peas. The sauce isn’t very thick or substantial but just right for this recipe.
- Make sure you have all of the ingredients ready to go because the recipe is so fast to make.
- You can use grated or shredded Parmesan cheese in this recipe, or a combination of both.
